The IT6862B Dual-range programmable DC power supply offers the convenience to switch between two voltage / current ranges.
This allows to cover a wider range of voltage and current capability and can replace multiple units to save space and cost.
Arbitrary output waveforms are supported via list-mode which can be controlled via a connected PC.
IT6862B has built-in RS-232, GPIB and USB interfaces.
These feature combination makes these power-supplies well suited for lab testing and production-test environments.
