Depending on the product segment (e.g. FPGAs), our quality concept includes a function test that is carried out before delivery. Many factors regarding the condition of sensitive semiconductors play a decisive role, such as moisture sensitivity (MSL level/JEDEC), ESD protection, type of packaging and much more. On specific customer request, we can test almost any circuit. Computer Controls GmbH offers the following testing options for mechanical and electronic components:

When testing components based on data sheets, all parameters are checked to ensure that the components function properly. In addition to the electrical properties, the dimensions, the condition of the semiconductor and the structure are also inspected. 
Early detection and prevention of fakes determined the quality of the entire supply chain. We develop a customised risk reduction plan for you and carry out everything from screening third party samples to creating a database of "known good parts" according to high quality inspection standards such as AS6081, AS6171, AS5553, CCAP-101 and IDEA-1010.
Failure analysis of electronic parts and components provides significant information about why performance expectations could not be met, but also about potential performance in the intended end-use application. Conducting an unbiased failure analysis by an independent testing facility ensures the production of products of highest quality.
