A typical M9391A configuration includes four individual PXIe modules – M9300A frequency reference, M9301A synthesizer, M9214A Digitizer and M9350A Downconverter. It can be combined with the M9381A Vector Signal Generator for a fast, compact RF component test solution.

Functionality:
 - 1 MHz to 3 GHz or 6 GHz;
 - 40 MHz (standard), 100, or 160 MHz analysis bandwidth;
 - Support for up to 8 time-synchronous, phase-coherent channels.

Performance:
 - ±0.45 dB absolute amplitude accuracy;
 - -157 dBm displayed average noise level (DANL);
 - -70.7 dB W-CDMA ACLR dynamic range;
 - -119 dBc/Hz Phase Noise @ 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset.

Speed:
 - Reduce RF components test times by enabling power servos to converge faster with outstanding linearity, repeatability and absolute amplitude accuracy;

 - Advanced analysis of more than 75 signal formats, with the 89600 VSA software;
 - SystemVue to accelerate design workflow and MATLAB data analysis software for general purpose data analysis, visualization, and measurement automation.
